Scouts, their family members and their friends will have a blast at their dart war! Bring friends, siblings and other family members(parents, grandparents) for fun foam battles! The Boys Scouts and WEBELOS will setup the cardboard battlefield.
What to bring
Participants are to bring the foam dart shooting guns, foam darts and dart clips/magazines. If you don't have a foam dart gun then please contact a leader. Please note that the Cub Scouts have said that mega guns are NOT allowed.
Families are to bring a dish to pass. Contact your leader or Clay for recommended dish to pass.
Schedule
Boy Scouts will be picking up the cardboard that they have gathered and would like to thank Snyder Manufacturing for storing it.
08:30 Boy Scouts and WEBELOS will assemble the battlefield from their plans.
10:00 Cub Scouts awards ceremony.
After the awards ceremony
The Boy Scouts will go over the rules with the participants, create their teams and the team challenges will begin.
For parents and guardians, we will be going over the following:
- the annual recharter to get our board set,
- the calendar, events we'd like to organize
- going over the EVLScout.com website and creating accounts for parents
- the Allegheny Highlands council website
- Youth Protection training on the National website
- your ideas and more!
